Yes. Every job starts with a free, no-obligation site visit where we walk the garden with you, talk through the options and give you a fixed written quote. No pressure and no pushy sales talk.
We lift the old lawn or surface, dig out to depth, lay and compact a proper sub-base, then fit the grass with the joins hidden and the edges secured. Getting the base and the drainage right is what stops a lawn rippling or holding water a couple of winters later, so it is the part we take most care over.
A properly installed lawn will comfortably see out 15 to 20 years of normal family use. Our workmanship guarantee runs for 10 years and the grass itself carries the manufacturer's own warranty on top.
Yes. Alongside artificial grass we do patios, block paving, sleeper beds, fencing, turfing and full garden redesigns, so one team handles the whole job instead of you booking and coordinating three different trades.

Yes - we carry full public liability and employer's liability insurance, and we're happy to email a copy of the certificate before anyone sets foot on site.
It leaves with us. The old turf, the spoil from digging out and any green waste are all loaded up and taken away, and the area gets swept before we go. You shouldn't be able to tell we were there apart from the work itself.
